Key Responsibilities
Team Coordination:
- Effectively manage the workload of the Product Information and Copywriting Teams in Pakistan.
- Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to both Pakistan and UK teams.
Workflow Coordination:
- Create tickets for new products and ensure their timely allocation to the appropriate teams.
- Coordinate activities with Copy, Image, Product Information, and Quality Control teams across various locations.
Quality Assurance:
- Oversee the Quality of Websites B2B and B2C.
- Conduct sense checks data accuracy to maintain high-quality standards.
Communication Hub:
- Serve as the single point of contact for all Product Information-related matters.
- Facilitate seamless communication between teams and ensure clarity on information flow.
- Purchase Order to Web Information Flow:
- Manage the flow of information from purchase orders to the website, including Copy, Dimensions, Certificates, QC, and Images processes.
- Update metadata onto Digital Asset Management systems.
Experience in E-commerce Platforms:
- Demonstrate expertise in Shopify and Magento catalogue management.
- Create and list products, including content creation and image updates.
Deadline Management:
- Proactively chase deadlines, especially concerning goods about to arrive in the UK.
- Ensure all factual and copy information is updated within 14 days of the goods\\' arrival.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized individual with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in IT systems and applications, with specific experience in Shopify and Magento.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
Additional Information
This role requires a candidate with a keen understanding of e-commerce platforms and the ability to effectively manage product listings, content creation, and image updates. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the online presence of Premier Housewares through meticulous catalogue management on Shopify and Magento.
Work Environment
This role is office-based and requires working during UK hours.
