Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology and biochemistry.
- Operate and maintain lab equipment, including hematology and biochemistry analyzers.
- Ensure accurate sample collection, labeling, and storage.
- Adhere to quality control and quality assurance protocols.
- Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment.
- Record and report test results promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate with the pathologist and other team members for efficient workflow.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT or equivalent).
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh candidates may also apply).
- Familiarity with hematology and biochemistry tests and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
