We are seeking a Telecom Rigger responsible for the installation and alignment of microwave dishes and antennas on telecom towers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Ericsson microwave systems and be familiar with ERITOP for network performance checks.
Responsibilities:
- Install and align microwave antennas on telecom towers.
- Ensure precise alignment for optimal signal transmission.
- Assist with the installation of supporting infrastructure at telecom sites.
- Work closely with engineers and technicians to complete installations and upgrades.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a telecom rigger.
- Experience with microwave networks and tower climbing certification.
- Ability to use tools for antenna alignment and maintenance.
- Familiarity with Ericsson’s network systems and ERITOP tool.
