- To promote & market high-end AV and Automation residential equipment.
- To achieve monthly, quarterly & yearly sales targets.
- To arrange daily visits gain sales-leads from architects, consultants & interior-designers.
- To conduct market survey share feedback & encourage clients towards solutions.
- To hook-up potential sales-lead and hand over to main office for final closures.
- To maintain a proper database and sales-pipeline with each client's credentials.
- To ensure daily reporting via meetings, emails and regular correspondence.
- To conduct market R&D on price, products and trends to expand sales exponentially.
- To meet, brief and convince clients over submitted proposals towards sales.
- To ensure domestic and off-shore timely ordering once sales is closed.
- To ensure payment collection and submission with proper record management.
- To conduct self-study/training for latest product trends AV & Automation market.
- To generate sales proposals on Ms. Excel, Ms. Word and Power Point.
- To give demonstration on showroom as per customized requirements.
- To report to line-manager.
