Responsibilities:

  • Bulk Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for bulk hiring needs across various departments.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various channels, including job portals, social media, and networking, to source high-quality candidates. Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
  • Interviews: Conduct interviews, both telephonic and in-person, to assess candidate's suitability for the position. Coordinate and manage interview schedules.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with business objectives.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication and feedback to candidates.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, including candidate profiles, interview evaluations, and feedback.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular recruitment reports to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in bulk hiring.
  • Skills:
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing recruitment needs and priorities
