Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive (B2B) who brings a level of motivation, curiosity, and passion for collaboration. You will be responsible identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems and to creating positive, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential prospects and develop relationships based on business buying behavior.
  • Cold calling to potential prospects (businesses) to identify their staffing needs.
  • Identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process.
  • Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from potential prospects.
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via phone and email cross-sell and up-sell.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospects calls and convert them into sales.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.
  • Official social media accounts management.
  • Fulfilling daily targets given by management.

To Qualify You Will Need:

  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Prior tele-sales/cold-calling experience and/or excellent telephonic skills.
  • B2B International Sales experience.
  • Must have knowledge of social media i.e., LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Must have good online searching skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferably Marketing) from HEC recognized University.
  • Must be comfortable in timings from 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
