Responsibilities
- Identify target audiences, objectives and desired outcomes of the marketing campaign
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Getting/querying appropriate knowledge about the products and services of the Company
- Answering questions about products or the company
- Achieving Targets related to cold calls, setting sales staff meetings with clients
- Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Follow-up calls to the customer's pre/post business.
