As an SEO Expert at Phoenix Nutriscience, you will play a key role in driving organic traffic to our website and improving the visibility of our sub-brands across search engines. You will be responsible for developing and executing SEO strategies that align with our overall marketing goals, ensuring that our website ranks highly for relevant keywords and provides a great user experience. You will collaborate with our content, digital marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices, optimize on-page and off-page elements, and monitor key performance metrics to ensure continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings for Phoenix Nutriscience and its sub-brands.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Optimise website content, including product pages, blogs, and landing pages, for both search engines and user experience.
  • Monitor and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, rankings, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion rates, providing actionable insights.
  • Perform technical SEO audits to identify and resolve issues that may impact website performance (e.g. page speed, mobile optimization, broken links).
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create high-quality, SEO-optimised content that aligns with customer intent.
  • Build and manage backlinks through outreach and content marketing strategies.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to ensure that Phoenix Nutriscience remains competitive in search rankings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the SEO landscape.
  • Provide guidance on SEO best practices to internal teams, ensuring that all digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall SEO objectives.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SEO professional or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful SEO campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO techniques, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of website architecture, user experience, and content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights from analytics and performance reports.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other web technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.
  • A good understanding of the European market and localization strategies for SEO is desirable.
