Candidates needed to fulfill the role of Medical Sales Representative for overseas clients. This is an opportunity on the ground floor with lots of potential to grow.
Job Responsibilities
- Contact potential leads to perform sales of medical billing services with the goal of signing them up
- Work off provided leads and also generate sales leads
- Use different channels (phone, email, websites, referrals, virtual/video meetings) to generate leads and contact potential clients
- Develop and execute scripts for initial and follow on contacts
- Keep track of contacts with leads
- Identify pain points for potential customers and offer ways to remedy them
- Follow up with hot leads as needed
- Perform customer satisfaction follow ups with signed clients and build long term relationships
- Will be required to work night shift
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience with medical billing services sales required, working with overseas (US based) clients preferred
- Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management
- Effective communication and customer service skills; pleasant personality
- Fluency in spoken & written English is a must
- Bachelor’s degree required
