Candidates needed to fulfill the role of Medical Sales Representative for overseas clients. This is an opportunity on the ground floor with lots of potential to grow. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Contact potential leads to perform sales of medical billing services with the goal of signing them up
  • Work off provided leads and also generate sales leads
  • Use different channels (phone, email, websites, referrals, virtual/video meetings) to generate leads and contact potential clients
  • Develop and execute scripts for initial and follow on contacts
  • Keep track of contacts with leads
  • Identify pain points for potential customers and offer ways to remedy them
  • Follow up with hot leads as needed
  • Perform customer satisfaction follow ups with signed clients and build long term relationships
  • Will be required to work night shift 

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience with medical billing services sales required, working with overseas (US based) clients preferred
  • Working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management
  • Effective communication and customer service skills; pleasant personality
  • Fluency in spoken & written English is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree required
