We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Quality Control Executive to join our dynamic team in the cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will ensure that all products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy, while adhering to regulatory requirements and company policies.

Quality Assurance Testing:

Conduct routine tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.

Non-Conformance Management:

Identify and report any non-conformance issues, collaborating with production and R&D teams to implement corrective actions.

Training and Development:

Support the training of production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to promote a quality-focused culture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with R&D, production, and marketing teams to ensure product quality throughout the product life cycle.

Supplier Quality Assurance:

Participate in supplier audits and evaluations to ensure that raw materials meet quality standards.
