About us:
We are a property agency that is in the process of launching a new website with a competitive edge. Previously, we have been operating in the real estate market in Islamabad and Rawalpindi for two decades.
About the role:
The candidate should have strong communication skills and be able to take initiative. This role primarily revolves around going into the field to publicize the website to different property agents and also to get subscriptions for the platform. The ideal candidate will be friendly, well dressed and presentable. Additionally, applicants must have knowledge of Islamabad and be educated to at least an intermediate level. This is also an excellent opportunity for personal development and to gain insight into a lucrative industry.
Responsibilities:
- Try to obtain on average 50 subscriptions per month.
- To develop an understanding of the real estate sector.
- Keep up to date with current property trends and have a deep understanding of the website.
- Visit at least 25-30 property dealers on a daily basis.
- Report to the C.E.O.
Candidate requirements:
- Intermediate level of education.
- Prior experience is preferred but not essential.
- Driving license and motorcycle.
- Smartphone and understanding of Google Maps.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
