We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of recruitment experience, possess a BBA or MBA degree from a reputed university, and demonstrate strong skills in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various roles. The role requires a deep understanding of recruitment processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media) to identify and engage top talent.
  • Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings and in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with Departments: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective hiring.
  • Job Advertisements: Create and post job descriptions tailored to attract the right talent for different roles.
  • Recruitment Strategies: Implement creative and efficient recruitment strategies to fill open positions within specified timelines.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates by maintaining timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Data Management: Maintain recruitment databases, track key recruitment metrics, and generate reports on hiring progress.
  • Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand through various recruitment events, job fairs, and social media platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree (BBA/MBA) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputed university.
  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or consultancy environment.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment software.
    • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to handle multiple open positions and manage high-volume recruitment.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
