Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the store, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products and solutions.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and answer customer inquiries regarding features, benefits, and prices.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the appearance of the sales floor by organizing and restocking merchandise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, counting, and stocking products.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new products and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic math skills and proficiency with point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
