As a Recruiter at OXITEC, you play a critical role in shaping our company's workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the banking sector. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions that reflect the skills and qualifications required.
- Source and attract candidates using various methods including social media, networking events, and job boards to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with OXITEC.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating with hiring managers and providing guidance on candidate evaluations and feedback.
- Utilize data analysis to track recruitment metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to enhance the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
- Lead and manage a team of five recruitment professionals, offering support, training, and motivation to achieve team objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in the banking sector that may impact recruitment strategies.
- Prepare and present recruitment reports to management, illustrating current workforce metrics and recruitment successes.
- Create effective employer branding strategies to attract top talent to OXITEC.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Assist in onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition to the organization and contributing to their long-term success.
