Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field from a reputable institute.

• Must have Proven experience in fashion production management, with a minimum of [3] years in a similar role.

• Must have excellent communication skills.

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and production management software.

• Manage the end-to-end production process, from sourcing materials to final delivery to ensure timely completion of all projects.

• Collaborate with the Sales team for timely execution of shipments.

• Monitor production progress and quality control standards to ensure that all products meet company specifications and industry standards.

• Implement and maintain production best practices to streamline processes.

• Manage inventory to maintain adequate stock levels and prevent discrepancies.

• Stay updated on industry trends to improve processes.

• Lead and develop the production team, promoting a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes.

Salary Range: Rs. 150,000 – 200,000 and other benefits.
