As a Shopify Theme Developer at Orosols, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Shopify themes to create visually appealing and user-friendly e-commerce websites. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life and ensure our online store meets the highest standards of functionality and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Shopify themes from scratch or based on existing templates.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance on all devices.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate mockups and wireframes into functional themes.
- Optimize site performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth user experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Shopify platform.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce development and Shopify.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Shopify Theme Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Portfolio of previous Shopify projects showcasing your skills and creativity.
