Internal Audit Officer

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of financial and operational processes within Orient Ceramics. This role involves assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. The Internal Audit Officer will work collaboratively with various departments to provide insights and recommendations that support the organization's objectives and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute audit plans and programs to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance with policies and regulations.
Risk Assessment:
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Financial Audits:
- Perform detailed financial audits to verify the accuracy of financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.
Operational Audits:
- Evaluate operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements that enhance productivity and reduce costs.
Reporting:
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
Follow-Up:
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and follow up on corrective actions taken by management.
Compliance Monitoring:
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, and assist in the development of compliance programs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments to provide guidance on best practices and support the implementation of effective internal controls.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to enhance the internal audit function and contribute to the organization's continuous improvement efforts.
