We are seeking a talented and driven Social Media Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and executing social media strategies that align with our business goals. The role requires a deep understanding of social media marketing, branding, product promotion, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Knowledge of Product/Service Branding: Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition across all social media platforms. Ensure all content aligns with the brand’s tone and values.

  2. Product/Service Marketing: Create and execute campaigns that promote the company’s products/services. Collaborate with product teams to highlight features and benefits that resonate with the target audience.

  3. Product/Service Lead Generation: Utilize social media to generate high-quality leads for the sales team. Track and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of lead generation efforts.

  4. Knowledge of Social Media Marketing: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices. Implement effective strategies to increase follower engagement and brand reach.

  5. Social Media Branding: Ensure consistent branding across all social media platforms.

  6. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize social media marketing campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand-building initiatives.

  7. Marketing Lead Generation: Develop targeted marketing campaigns that attract potential clients. Track conversion rates, engagement, and other KPIs to refine lead generation tactics.

  8. Analyze Metrics and Performance: Regularly monitor social media performance through analytics tools. Prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness and suggest areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in social media marketing, branding, and lead generation.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
