Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare, review, and manage contracts and other related documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Manage the tendering process, including the preparation, submission, and evaluation of tenders to ensure they meet company standards and client requirements.
  • Prepare comprehensive tender documents, proposals, and other related materials for prospective clients and partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all contract-related inquiries, both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information for contract development and execution.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure all terms and conditions are met.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all contract documents and correspondence.
  • Assist in negotiating contract terms with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on contract status to management.
  • Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the contract lifecycle.
  • Continuously improve contract management processes and contribute to best practices.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts and manage contract closeouts.

 Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a related position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in contract administration or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Knowledge of legal terminology and contract law is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.
