You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase student enrollments, establishing partnerships with international universities, and managing the sales team to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leadership experience, and an in-depth understanding of the study abroad market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual student enrollment targets.
  • Identify new opportunities to expand the company’s study abroad services.
  • Ensure consistent revenue growth and profitability in alignment with company objectives.

2. Team Leadership & Performance Management

  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.
  • Set clear KPIs and monitor individual and team performance.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings to track progress and address challenges.

3. Student Consultation & Lead Conversion

  • Oversee the student counseling and lead conversion process to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure the sales team provides accurate information about study abroad programs, visa processes, scholarships, and admission requirements.
  • Monitor and improve student conversion rates from inquiry to final admission.

4. Partnerships & University Relations

  • Establish and strengthen relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions.
  • Negotiate agreements and partnerships to expand study abroad offerings.
  • Represent the company at education fairs, seminars, and networking events.

5. Marketing & Business Development Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns to attract potential students.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts and implement effective follow-up strategies.
  • Leverage digital marketing tools and strategies to increase student engagement and enrollment.

6. Compliance & Industry Updates

  • Stay up-to-date with international education policies, visa regulations, and admission requirements.
  • Ensure all sales processes comply with ethical guidelines and industry standards.
  • Provide training to the sales team on new policies, programs, and opportunities.

7. Reporting & Data Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing regular reports for senior management.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Identify key trends in student enrollment and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the education consultancy or study abroad industry.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in student recruitment.
  • Leadership & Management: Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with students, universities, and stakeholders.
  • Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of international education markets, visa regulations, and admission procedures.
  • Tech-Savvy & Analytical: Proficiency in CRM software, lead management tools, and data analytics for performance tracking.
