We are seeking a skilled IT Support Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults, and troubleshoot networking problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation & Configuration: Set up hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Technical Support: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues and support new application rollouts.
- Network Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with routers, switches, access points, LAN, and WAN.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records and document procedures.
- Provide exceptional service and user training.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, OS, and software.
- Proficiency in diagnosing/troubleshooting hardware/software.
- Strong understanding of the OSI model and networking protocols.
- Experience with routers, switches, and access points.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Relevant certifications (Networking+, CCNA) are a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role.

- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
