E-Commerce Operations Manager

What You’ll Do

Manage product listings: Upload, update, and optimize product descriptions, images, and details
Oversee inventory: Track stock levels, ensuring accurate data and timely restocking
Process orders: Handle order fulfillment, shipping updates, and resolve issues promptly
Support customer service: Assist with customer inquiries, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience
Maintain platform functionality: Ensure the eCommerce platform runs efficiently, troubleshoot any issues
Generate reports: Provide regular updates on store performance, sales, and operational efficiency

What You’ll Need

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Commerce, or a related field
2+ years of experience in eCommerce operations or admin support
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Experience working with Shopify, Ginkgo, Daraz, or other e-commerce platforms
Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
