Pricing Manager - Shipping

We are is seeking a dynamic and experienced Shipping Pricing Manager to join our team in Karachi. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for developing and optimizing pricing strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring competitive pricing for shipping and logistics services. The Pricing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and profitability.
Conduct pricing analysis and monitor market trends for competitive pricing intelligence.
Establish and maintain relationships with VOCCs & NVOCCs and Main Lines to ensure access to key contacts for rate inquiries.
Collaborate with the sales team to secure desired rates from shipping lines in response to customer inquiries.
Utilize data analytics tools to analyze pricing data and support decision-making processes.
Provide timely and accurate pricing information to internal stakeholders.
Ensure strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities in all pricing activities.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of FCL pricing experience in a freight forwarding company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives.
