We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Listings Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Listings Manager, you will be responsible for copying and listing products on various ecommerce platforms to maximize our online presence and drive sales. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Copy product details and images from our database to create listings on different ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and others.
Optimize product listings by writing compelling descriptions, selecting relevant keywords, and ensuring accurate information is provided.
Monitor pricing and inventory levels to make real-time updates and adjustments as needed.
Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product listings align with overall branding and marketing strategies.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Collaborate with the customer service team to address any product-related inquiries or issues from customers.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of each ecommerce platform's policies, best practices, and algorithms to ensure compliance and maximize visibility.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in ecommerce listings management or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content creation.
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling product descriptions.
Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, eBay Seller Hub, and Shopify.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools for image editing and enhancement is a plus.
