1. Talent acquisition; identify the right staff (salesmen, Assistant Store Manager, and Store Manager), keeping in view the present retail market (salaries, benefits, etc.) to achieve employee retention.
2. Develop HR policies i.e. Attendance, Grooming, benefits, loyalty, penalty, and control.
3. Employee Training and development.

5. Development of KPIs and incentives. Periodic monitoring and control of KPIs for continuous improvements.
