We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our prestigious hotel located in Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food services.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local laws and safety regulations.
- Foster a positive work environment and culture that supports the hotel’s mission and values.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor hotel staff, ensuring professional development and high performance.
- Prepare regular reports on the hotel’s operational status and progress.
- Implement and maintain quality control standards to uphold the hotel’s reputation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management or a similar role.
- Established network of contacts in the local and regional travel and tourism industry to drive business and partnerships.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of local hospitality industry and market trends is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Urdu. Fluency in any other language is an advantage.
