Noor Enterprises seeks a dedicated IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As an IT Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent in the technology sector. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of talent acquisition, and experience with end-to-end recruitment processes. You will actively participate in various stages of the recruitment cycle, working to ensure that we onboard the best candidates for our growing organization. Although this position does not require managing a team, you will collaborate with other team members to streamline the recruitment process and support the overall goals of our HR department. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT recruitment and will demonstrate a passion for finding talent that aligns with our company's culture and job requirements. The successful candidate will be proactive in enhancing our recruitment strategies, enabling Noor Enterprises to thrive in a competitive market. You will also handle various administrative tasks associated with recruitment planning, ensuring the smooth execution of hiring processes from start to finish.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract IT professionals.
  • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing using various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen resumes and evaluate candidates through interviews to assess their skills and fit for the roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and job market conditions to advise hiring managers appropriately.
  • Create and maintain recruitment reports and metrics to track hiring progress and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify specific job requirements and candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process to keep them engaged.
  • Support the development of job descriptions that accurately reflect the responsibilities and requirements of open positions.
  • Assist in refining recruitment processes to improve timelines and enhance the overall effectiveness of talent acquisition efforts.
