1. Sales and Collection Targets: Builds business by accomplishing specifically assigned monthly sales target by the company.
  2. Business Growth & Conversions: Responsible for consistent conversion growth and points of sale expansion through different strategies of sales. Advising sales team to convince customer on existing product lines that is suitable for their budget and need to support present and future sales pipeline.
  3. CCM Dealership Growth & Management: Improvement and expansion of CCM Dealers to ensure visible presence and availability in the market. Efficiently managing CCM dealers’ complaints. These complaints are related to CCM if it is not working properly/blockage. To address the above, implementing proper cleaning methodology regularly by dealers with continuous guidance. In case of any software update issue in CCM, ASM is responsible for coordinating with the team to resolve the matter swiftly.
  4. Competitors Analysis: Keen analysis of competitors’ activities and reporting regarding all activities in detail as well as the impact, with professional insight.
  5. Responsibilities towards Dealer End: Effectively communicating company policy to dealers. Resolving issues related to dealers such as shortage of stock, shortage of/insufficient color schemes and hold discounts, etc. timely basis. Maintaining strong and befitting relationships with dealers to ensure effective product delivery, resolution of complaints, and successful sales.
  6. Report Making: Timely submission of Statement of Account, as per assigned timelines. Preparation of a Sales Performance Report that describes dealers’ targets, daily sales monitoring, self & team sales targets. 
  7. Other Duties: Complaint handling (Product complaints from customers, then report it to technical TU/ concerned department). Train and guide sales staff to focus and increase dealer sales as per the company’s strategies & involve painters to convince customers. In case the dealer is not convinced, responsible for ensuring site visits by assigned team/self, for capturing dominant market share. Any other task assigned by the reporting head.
