Architect

We are seeking a talented and creative Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing and planning a wide variety of architectural projects, including commercial, residential, and public spaces. The role involves creating innovative designs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing the execution of designs throughout all stages of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Planning:

Expertise in Auto-Cad, Lumion, 3D Studio Max and Other Graphic Designing Related Software
Can Prepare Building Plans of Residential, Apartment, and Commercial building plans along with Sections, Elevation, Working Drawings, etc.
Can prepare Submission Drawings for Approval of Houses, Farm Houses, and Commercial Buildings from LDA & TMA.
Can work on Landscaping and Interior Designing
Develop architectural designs that are innovative, functional, and aligned with client needs.
Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals.
Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications for construction.

Client Interaction & Team Collaboration:

Communicate regularly with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns, and incorporate feedback.
Present design proposals and provide guidance on material selection, building technologies, and construction methods.
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external consultants.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
