Business Development Manager - IT Infrastructure / Support

Network Squad Ltd, a prominent IT Support and Solutions company, are in search of a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team. Operating in a hybrid capacity, you will be responsible for fostering client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting our IT infrastructure and support solutions. This role offers a unique blend of remote and in-office work, providing flexibility and collaboration opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients in the IT support and solutions sector.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, potential client needs, and the competitive landscape.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored IT solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop comprehensive solutions that meet client requirements.
Regularly follow up on leads and opportunities, ensuring they are pursued and converted into successful business engagements.
Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to represent Network Squad Ltd and to build a strong professional network.
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Provide feedback and insights from clients to the technical and management teams to help improve service offerings.
Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and the successful delivery of services.
Track and report on business development activities and outcomes to management.

Requirements:

Proven 5 years' experience in business development, preferably in the IT support and solutions industry.
Strong understanding of IT services and products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and client needs.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
