- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs in data science, focusing on machine learning, data visualization, and other relevant skills.
- Utilize various training methodologies to accommodate different learning styles and enhance knowledge retention.
- Create and maintain instructional materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources tailored to the needs of a diverse audience.
- Coach and mentor team members and participants to foster professional growth and enhance technical expertise.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies and update training content accordingly.
- Collaborate with management and other departments to identify training needs and align programs with company goals.
- Facilitate hands-on coding sessions and workshops to give participants practical experience in applying machine learning techniques.
- Assist in deploying AI models on various cloud platforms to provide real-world project scenarios during training.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to staff and clients after training sessions to reinforce learning outcomes.
- Cultivate a positive learning environment that encourages engagement and enthusiasm for data science.
