Job Summary:

As an IT and Engineering Technical Recruiter at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our rapidly expanding IT and engineering divisions. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Sourcing and Acquisition

    • Proactively source candidates through online channels (e.g., professional networks and portfolio sites).
    • Utilize knowledge of the tech industry to identify and attract candidates with specific skill sets and potentials.
    • Conduct initial screening calls to assess applicants’ qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  2. Interview Coordination

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth communication flow between candidates and technical teams.
    • Facilitate technical interviews and practical assessments.
  3. Candidate Engagement

    • Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact until the final decision.
    • Provide timely feedback and communicate effectively with candidates at all stages.
  4. Collaboration with Hiring Managers

    • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand technical requirements of the job and the dynamics of the teams needing new hires.
    • Provide insights and guidance to hiring managers to help shape recruitment strategies.
  5. Market and Industry Analysis

    • Stay updated on technological trends and advancements in IT and engineering.
    • Analyze market trends to inform recruitment strategies and practices.
  6. Reporting and Analytics

    • Develop recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment status and outcomes to senior HR management.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine and improve recruitment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in recruiting, specifically in the IT and engineering sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate selection methods.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with technical professionals.
