Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales & Customer Service Specialist to handle inbound calls from drivers interested in renting cars. This is not a cold-calling position – all inquiries come directly to us, so your role is to engage, present, and close deals. You will ensure that customers understand our advantages and feel confident choosing our services.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to inbound inquiries from drivers looking to rent cars, presenting our offers in the best light.
Use sales techniques to convince customers of our competitive advantages and get them to sign rental contracts.
Maintain a friendly, energetic, and professional tone during customer interactions.
Manage high volumes of calls while ensuring each customer receives full attention.
Collaborate with the team and work towards collective goals, while being proactive in finding solutions for customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction and use effective sales communication to convert inquiries into deals.
Handle objections and concerns confidently, ensuring smooth problem-solving.
No cold calls – all customers are already interested and contacting us.

Excellent English-speaking skills – both written and verbal.

Strong ability to manage stress and handle a high volume of calls.
Sales-oriented mindset – you are driven by closing deals and making customers feel confident.
Someone who is energetic throughout the day and enjoys helping people.
A team player who communicates well and works cooperatively.
Problem-solving skills to handle inquiries efficiently and effectively.
Approved record of at least 3 years of sales experience.
Previous customer service experience is an added advantage.
