Responsibilities

  • Provide training and resources for managers and employees on performance management, compliance, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Support recruitment efforts by participating in the selection process and onboarding of new employees to foster a smooth transition.
  • Stay informed about labor laws and regulations impacting HR practices and ensure compliance across the organization.
  • Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback for improving workplace experience and retention strategies.
