The Customer Service Representative will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to provide timely and accurate information about our services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in-person, over the phone, or via email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Respond to inquiries regarding diagnostic services, pricing, and appointment scheduling.
- Handle patient registration, data entry, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Coordinate with lab staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Provide guidance on test preparations and follow-up procedures.
- Process payments and issue receipts as required.
- Promote Nayab Labs’ health packages and other services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
- Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office, CRM software).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with healthcare services is a plus.
