We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards, and providing valuable insights into our financial performance. This role is essential in helping our organization make data-driven decisions by maintaining precise records, analyzing financial data, and generating insightful reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and reconciliations.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis to support business planning.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Handle payroll, tax filings, and regulatory reporting as needed.
Support internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data.
Provide insights into financial trends and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience as an accountant or similar role, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial information clearly.
