Responsible to take care of all monitoring evaluation and reporting aspects of the project
To ensure that the M&E plan of the project is implemented properly.
Regular compilation of field monitoring information and generation of Programme monitoring reports at project level for further reporting to the Project Coordinator.
Provide technical support to the field teams in beneficiary assessments.
To conduct regular monitoring to the locations where programme activities are being implemented on the ground and document process and programme monitoring.
To collect and catalogue relevant case studies, photographs and captions from the field.
Monitoring of all programme related documentation/record keeping/data entry and ensuring that it meets the desired standard/criteria.
To keep close track of all project programmatic progress.
Maintain effective and efficient flow of timely and quality reports submission from project to RO/Donor
Validate Programme progress reported by the implementation teams.
Maintain a record of all monitoring documents relating to the project.
Any other task assigned by the DPO/Team Lead/RGM.

Established in 1991, NRSP is the largest Rural Support Programme in the country in terms of outreach, staff and development activities. It is a not for profit organization registered under Section 42 of Companies Ordinance 1984. NRSP's mandate is to alleviate poverty by harnessing people's potential and undertake development activities in Pakistan. It has a presence in 46 Districts in all the four Provinces including Azad Jammu and Kashmir through Regional Offices and Field Offices.
