• Assist in the planning and execution of projects under the guidance of senior management, contributing to the successful completion of initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in project management.
  • Collect and analyze relevant data to generate insights, prepare reports, and make recommendations for process improvements and strategic decision-making
  • Implementation of case studies to strengthen information base for programme planning and designing.
  • Demonstrate adaptability by working on diverse projects and contribute innovative ideas to drive efficiency and effectiveness in different areas of the business.
  • Compilation of monthly and quarterly progress reports.
  • Provide inputs in development/revision of key project documents, writing concept notes and project proposals.  
  • Attend advisory meetings including consultation with Government, NRSP head/regional offices and project associated partner agencies.
  • Facilitate the implementation of the project activities at various levels.
  • Establish participatory monitoring and reporting system. Also facilitate in evolving and operationalizing beneficiary monitoring mechanism.
  • Any other task assigned by the supervisor/SPM-MER
