The Sales and Marketing Manager will play a critical role in shaping the direction of our sales initiatives and ensuring that our marketing efforts are both innovative and effective. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 20 sales and marketing professionals to achieve targeted performance metrics.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
  • Analyze sales data and marketing campaign performance to measure effectiveness and apply insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment between market demands and product offerings.
  • Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales performance, market activity, and strategic recommendations.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of high-impact marketing materials, including brochures, online content, and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively to optimize investment in advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and accountability within the team through regular training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
