Naseeb Online is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. With a focus on sourcing and attracting top technical talent, you will play a pivotal role in connecting candidates with outstanding career opportunities. You will utilize your communication and interviewing skills to assess candidates capabilities and fit within our organization. Your understanding of technical roles and tools will enable you to collaborate effectively with hiring managers in identifying the best candidates for their teams. Additionally, as the lead recruiter, you will manage a team of 5 recruiters, driving recruitment strategies and mentoring your team to achieve their individual and collective goals. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting structured interviews. Your technical knowledge is essential to assess candidates' skills accurately and ensure they meet the needs of our company. You will leverage applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing tools to streamline processes and enhance candidate engagement. With at least 2 years of experience in technical recruitment, you will bring your expertise to help Naseeb Online grow and flourish by building an exceptional workforce.
Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified technical candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate interviews, guiding the structured interview process to evaluate both technical skills and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific recruitment needs and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Manage and mentor a team of 5 recruiters, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate records of candidates and streamline the recruitment process.
  • Apply behavioral interviewing techniques to gauge candidates' soft skills and alignment with company values.
  • Participate in recruitment marketing efforts to promote job openings and enhance Naseeb Onlines brand as an employer of choice.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review recruitment progress, share best practices, and address challenges.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize the hiring process and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technical skills in demand to refine sourcing and recruitment strategies.
