The primary responsibility of this position is to close deals for our agency. We will test the candidate on a commission basis for the first 5 clients, after which we will hire on a monthly basis. Our deals typically range from $300-$2000, and the commission will be between 10-20%, depending on the deal. The commission will only be paid when the deal closes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and schedule appointments
- Conduct calls to potential clients to explain the services offered by our agency
- Close deals and negotiate contract terms with clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, including calls and appointments
- Collaborate with other members of the team to optimize sales strategies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales or appointment setting role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
