Role Overview:

As our Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our Company profile and driving new customers. Your primary focus will be on crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies to showcase our company facilities and attract prospective new customers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and lead your own marketing team to achieve our company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our company’s products and attract new customers. Utilize a mix of digital, print, and event-based tactics to maximize reach and engagement.
Build and Manage a Marketing Team: Recruit, train, and lead a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative environment to drive high performance and achieve collective goals.

Qualifications:

Proven Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in marketing, preferably with experience in education or related sectors. Demonstrated success in managing campaigns and achieving targets.
