Cleaning Common Areas: This involves sweeping, mopping, and dusting hallways, corridors, lobbies, and other communal spaces.
Trash Removal: Collecting waste from common areas, office space, washrooms, emptying, and replacing trash bins to ensuring proper disposal of waste.
Restroom Maintenance: cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and restocking supplies like toilet paper, soap, and paper towels three times daily and maintaining it in neat and clean condition.
Window Cleaning: Wiping down and cleaning windows, glass doors, and entryways.
Outdoor Maintenance: Sweeping sidewalks, removing litter from exterior areas, and sometimes minor landscaping upkeep like watering plants or picking up leaves.
Maintenance of Equipment: Ensuring cleaning equipment like toilet paper, tissues, mops, and cleaning solutions are stocked, maintained, and in good working condition.
Reporting Repairs: Notifying management about any maintenance or repair needs noticed during routine cleaning, such as leaky faucets, burnt-out lights, or damages.
Special Projects: Special cleaning projects or tasks like apartments/shops complete cleaning during renovation in all aspect.
Office Management: Maintaining Head Office and Board Room in neat and clean state at all times. Including but not limited to dry moping, wet moping, dusting, glass cleaning, toilet cleaning, stacking toiletries, and working as a replacement for Office Runner in his absence.
Reporting Time: The reporting-in time is 8:45 am and reporting-out time is 5:45 with only one hour break.
