The HR Officer will play a pivotal role in our Global Operations Development Department, ensuring the alignment of HR strategies with the technical and operational needs of the organization. This position requires a unique blend of HR expertise and technical acumen, aimed at fostering a productive, innovative, and compliant workforce across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical HR Expertise:
    • Provide technical HR support and guidance on complex HR issues.
    • Develop and implement HR strategies that support technical operations and projects.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to understand and address their specific HR needs.
  2. Global Operations Support:
    • Oversee HR operations across multiple global locations.
    • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
    • Develop global HR policies and procedures tailored to diverse operational contexts.
  3. Talent Management and Development:
    • Design and implement talent acquisition strategies for technical roles.
    • Develop and manage technical training programs to enhance employee skills.
    • Lead succession planning and career development initiatives for technical staff.
  4. HR Technology and Systems:
    • Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and ensure they meet the needs of global operations.
    • Implement and oversee the use of advanced HR technologies to streamline processes.
    • Analyze HR data to provide insights and drive decision-making.
  5. Employee Relations and Performance Management:
    • Handle complex employee relations issues, providing expert guidance and resolution.
    • Develop and oversee performance management systems for technical teams.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation and excellence.
  6. Project Management:
    • Lead HR projects related to global operations and technical initiatives.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
    • Monitor project progress and report on outcomes to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Advanced degree or HR certifications are highly desirable.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 7-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a technical HR role.
    • Proven experience in a global HR environment, supporting multiple locations.
    • Strong background in HR technology and systems management.
  • Skills:
    • Deep understanding of technical roles and requirements within a global operations context.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
