Data Management and Compliance: Organize data to conduct internal audits to review compliance, the accuracy of records, and the effectiveness of benefit disbursement in compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines.

Employee Old-age, Social Security, and other legal compliance

Stay updated on changes in regulations related to EOB and ESS benefits to ensure compliance with the law and maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to employee contributions, benefits claims, and other relevant information by using online portals.

 HR System Maintenance: Regularly update and manage the HR system, ensuring that employee information is up-to-date, and any changes are accurately recorded. Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with concern teams to resolve them.

â Compensation & Benefits Management: Oversee the benefits programs for employees, such as health insurance, employee welfare, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Collaborate with external providers and internal teams to ensure smooth administration of these programs.

Reporting: Generate HR-related reports as needed, providing insights and data analysis to support decision-making processes. Prepare periodic reports for management and other departments, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.

Project Management: Work independently on various HR projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and successful implementation.

Requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related discipline from a reputable institute is required
  •  SHRM CP/SCP, CIPD, or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred.
  •  Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in HR operations.
  •  Familiarity with human capital strategic planning and employee labor law practices
  •  Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  •  Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver within established timelines.
  •  Keen interest in ensuring a workplace that celebrates diversity, equity, and inclusion.
