We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented IT Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, resolving IT issues, and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems, including desktops, laptops, printers, and CCTV.
- Assist with IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and deployments, as needed.
- Installation of CCTV (NVR).
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, network connectivity, and hardware components.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the IT team and feel free to work with the team.
- Buying IT inventory from the market.
