About the Job:

We seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and knowledgeable Digital Analytics Manager for one of our prestigious clients. In this role, you will be responsible for driving data-driven decision-making by leveraging your expert-level knowledge in web analytics, with a focus on Google Analytics. You will work closely with the Data & Analytics Team, taking the lead in implementing and optimizing Google Analytics, managing pixel implementations (e.g., GTM, Facebook pixel), and utilizing data management and visualization tools like Google Data Studio, BigQuery, and automation processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, set up, and maintain a robust data collection system from our digital platforms to optimize visibility on traffic acquisition and user behavior.
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing channels and campaigns (e.g., web, SEO, paid ads, affiliates, email, social media) to enhance effectiveness.
  • Create custom audience segments for retargeting, recommend and conduct A/B or multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Build a comprehensive data architecture by consolidating digital data in BigQuery, designing schemas, and developing the backend for dynamic dashboards.
  • Provide in-depth and actionable custom reports to communicate key metrics and findings to stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports using Google Analytics or data visualization tools such as Power BI.
  • Automate bespoke processes by implementing scripts in different languages and integrating them with various tools (CRM, dashboards) to scale operations.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Graduate degree in computer science or any numerically focused field.
  • Google Analytics Certification is highly preferred.
  • 3-4 years of overall experience in digital analytics and marketing.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in implementing and utilizing Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for web and app front-ends.
  • Proficiency in web and mobile analytics, including Google Analytics Universal & Version 4, and Firebase.
  • Experience with implementing marketing analytics solutions such as Facebook Analytics and Google Ads.

Requirements/Skills:

  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting, including data visualization using tools like Google Data Studio.
  • Strong SQL skills, with experience in SQL Server (BigQuery highly preferred) for database design, querying, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as JQuery, JavaScript, and SQL.
  • HTML coding experience is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations for stakeholders with varying levels of analytical expertise.
