Remote Corporate Services Specialist with Legal Background

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Corporate Services Specialist with a legal background to join our team. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to our dynamic organization. If you have a strong understanding of corporate services, are detail-oriented, and possess excellent English skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle corporate services tasks, including company incorporations, statutory filings, and maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Draft, review, and manage legal documents such as contracts, resolutions, and agreements.
  • Assist with client communication and provide advice on legal and corporate matters.
  • Coordinate with external advisors, including lawyers, auditors, and regulators, as required.
  • If experienced, assist in invoicing, basic accounting, or bookkeeping tasks.

Requirements:

  • A legal background with experience in corporate services.
  • Excellent English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • The ability to self-manage and work independently, while also collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Prior experience with invoicing or accounting is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel) and familiarity with corporate service platforms is a plus.
