The Accounts Manager will oversee and manage the accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and effective financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow).
  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.
  • Manage cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
  • ⁠⁠Supervise accounting staff, providing guidance and training to⁠ ⁠maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Coordinate audits (internal and external) and ensure compliance.
  • Prepare management reports (financial performance, trends, and recommendations).
