• Ensure compliance with Bank s policies and procedures as well as SBP/prudential regulations for smooth conduct of Bank Operations efficiently and consistently.
    • Operational Excellence, Handling inbound and outbound call activities with efficient and qualitative Verbal communication.
    • Resolving customer s queries and lodging complaint, handling of on spot customer s queries, complaints logging and forwarding to respective department for resolution.
    • Delivering Sound image and having proficient knowledge of bank s services and Well versed with the products knowledge, bank processes and able to deliver/present a sound image of the organization.
    • Monitoring of ATMs through I-Suite Application.
    • Responsible for ATMs MIS Reports; Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly and Quarterly ATM Downtime and Transaction reports to SBP, MMBL Management and MMBL Branches.
    • Responsible for ATM Replenishment Report to MMBL Branches.
    • Coordination with vendors and MMBL internal teams for Delivery, fixation and installation of ATMs.
    • To ensure ATM Vestibule readiness before installation of ATM.
    • Develop and implement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce operational costs.
    • Maintain an effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ATM Operations to deliver performance compliance with internal and external regulations and policies.
    • Regular review to ensure applicability, effectiveness, and efficiency. Ensure compliance with all business and regulatory standards.
    • Responsible for timely reporting to SBP and external stakeholders for ATM related reports.
    • Masters/Bachelors Degree with banking experience and good banking knowledge.
